Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and most people get it wrong with processed flour, fatty bacon, inflammatory and highly intolerant dairies. Don’t get me wrong I am not trying to get at anybody. Coming from an occidental culture (French), I got it wrong myself for years. When I was a Lawyer, I used to have a croissant and a coke for breakfast !!! That’s how bad I was. Thanks God people and things change in life.
Like me you have always dreamt of a supper healthy protein breakfast, yummy, easy, that will sustain you until lunch, packed with Superfoods and natural vitamins, full of proteins (no gluten, no processed sugar or flour no unhealthy fat) and 100% vegetarian. WE EVENTUALLY DID IT !!!! our protein breakfast.
Its health benefits are countless and because it uses home made Hemp seed milk, our protein breakfast smoothie is loaded with pure and highly digestible protein.
Prepare half a litter to a litter of hot tea with the herbs and the green tea.
Pour the drained hemp seeds in a blender, add some of the tea and blend together until you obtain a liquid.
Drain the liquid through a strainer, if necessary add some more hot tea until you are left with only the shell in the strainer, which you discard.
Pour the liquid back into the blender, top up with the rest of the hot tea, add with all the other ingredients and blend until you obtain a smoothie like consistence. Et Voila your super protein breakfast!!
