For breakfast, I now avoid all the things I used to have for years and replaced them by a daily green juice recipe.
Hum!! What’s left? This is a complicated question when you think of the usual breakfast we are all being offered since our youngest ages – that is if we are lucky enough to belong to the over-fed countries that actually do get something in their plate (and their arteries) in the morning.
I start with a Green Juice:
All it take is a good juicer and the will to ignore the croissant and the baguette. For green juice, after having tried so many models, I think that the expensive Green Star – or some equivalent- is really the best. Not the easiest to clean but when you think of it: when you are unhealthy, have alzheimer nothing is really easy, so I figured I would clean my juicer.
