Hello.. good Morning, Eva!
Eva, she is a living experience of what she preaches. She’s the facial exercises expert.
So Eva, the first thing I would like to mention, if that is all right with you, is that, you are 85 Years of age.
That’s it, yes…
And, you reckon that the wonderful condition your skin is in is due to exercise, the way you would exercise your body.
Yes, this is true. I mean, you can use creams but no cream can lift a muscle. And this is to get your muscles strong otherwise they are bringing your skin down. As you get longer, the attachment will bring your skin down as well and that’s why it starts to sag. So, the only thing you can do is to lift the face is to do exercises – no other way, no other way.
Right, so, what age did you actually started to exercise your face’s muscles.
Ah, yes, started when I was 56 I think, roundabout 56… and but started doing it as in teaching other people when I was 60. I woke up one morning and thought, you know, I must get people to look after themselves and in some natural way. And so then I started at 60.
So when you started at 60 could you actually see a reversal happening?
Oh yes, yes very much so, very much. I mean people will get older, but you can get older, say, it isn’t worrying, it isn’t worrying. You just get older. And so for your good and so…
Yes….. and So, what do you think of botox and fillers?
Yes, well, I don’t like any of these things. With Botox, you have to keep up with it for the rest of your life. You know you have to do it always and it just isn’t good, it isn’t good. And as for fillers, well, I don’t think they’re very good either, especially if you have too much thinning in your face. Say, you know people will often say: should I do this or should I do botox? I mean, you have to go into everything for yourself. You know, if you think botox is what you want, well then have it. And if you want fillers, you must choose. But it is a good idea to look into it more, you know …. about what happens. And so, but then, you must choose for yourself whether you’ll have surgery or whatever. But I think Facial Exercising is the only thing which would take you through for your whole life, that you can do this for yourself.
Yes, So I guess you never had any procedure and yet you have managed to keep your face virtually without wrinkles and lifted. Which is quite amazing! And what you’re saying is that people, they can actually look after themselves by training their facial muscles on a regular basis.
Yes, Yes, Yes… I mean you can just learn how to do it, which is simple. It is like going to the gym, taking your face to the gym. And then you can look after yourself for always, and this is very good.
Ok what about the men, Eva, do you have some male clients?
Yes, yes, quite a number,
Generally about mid 40’s
that’s the average, because men, you know, have to, they get worried
yes they do, it’s true
you could say, they’re men, it doesn’t matter – of course it matters to them. And so they find, you know, even getting to work, there are so many, especially in the city, there’re so many young men around, so by the time they go into in their late 40’s, they’re considered, you know, the old ones. Which is ridiculous.
And you can address what some men are worried about is what we call the turkey neck,
The turkey neck, yes…
the sagging chin.
That’s it… someone say that …
I can see that your chin is just unbelievable, it is!
So… well, you know….I will confess years that I’ve been practicing your exercises for 5 years so I know how good they are and so happy and the reason I wanted to interview you today Eva is because here, we absolutely love the principle: which is a natural face lift, made available for everybody, no matter the gender or the age and Eva, you have a book? Yes I have, yes….
