Personally, I do not like the term anti-aging used by the cosmetic industry to promote their latest creams and numerous products. It is based on fear and denial of an obvious process and ultimately only makes you depressed about yourself so that you buy more.
So I have opted for the term pro-youth, which is really what it is about: MAINTAINING OUR POTENTIAL because our structure does not have to fall apart just as we get our head together.

117 children diagnosed with Developmental Co-ordination Disorder were supplemented for 3 months with both Omega 3 & 6 or a placebo. During the three months, the supplemented children showed significant improvements in reading, spelling and behaviour compared to those supplemented with the placebo.
