We would like to share the story of Sarah Smith, 42, featured in the daily mail, who got amazing results just by drinking more water.

Something that anyone can do!

Sarah used to drink only about a litre of liquid in a day – a cup to tea in the morning, a glass of water with lunch and another glass with her dinner.

It was definitely not enough. She was suffering from headaches and indigestion for years until finally she consulted a doctor who told her that she should drink at the most 3 litres of water daily for to maximize her body’s functions.

She then took in a project to drink the recommended amount of water for a month and see what happens. She took a photograph of herself before and after the project and was shocked to see the effects of dehydration on her face when she compared her before and after pictures. She had all the signs of poor hydration; shriveled lips, dark circles under the eyes, wrinkles, she looked exhausted AND she looked ten years older than her 42 years.
The results after her experiment, though were really amazing. Drinking enough water flushes out toxins, carries nutrients to cells, eliminates wastes and provides good hydration for ear, nose and throat tissues.

1st WEEK

Before she started with the project, she asked for advice from a doctor on the probable adverse effects of drinking more water than what she normally drinks. She was answered that it would give her kidneys a chance to filter and flush out toxins from the body through increased urinating. She had already noticed some changes like her bowels improved, her urine now has a lighter color. She also realized that taking sips of water between alcoholic beverages improved her hydration, meaning, no throbbing headache the next day! Her flexibility also improved as she was doing yoga.

2nd WEEK

Very noticeable improvements in her skin’s condition. The shadows around her eyes have been less apparent, complexion has evened out and wrinkles seem to lessen. She also cut out on tea and replaced it with water improving her breath.
At first she thought that drinking that much water would make her feel bloated. On the contrary, her stomach felt flatter. Her cellulite on her bottom and thighs also disappeared! And to top it all, her headaches have reduced significantly.

3rd WEEK

More improvements in her skin’s condition. Wrinkles and dark circles under her eyes are gone! Hydrating frequently helps the skin cells regenerate leaving you with healthier, glowing skin. She now eats less as she substitutes water for snacks. She also felt more productive as water helps to improve brain’s function.

4th WEEK

Remarkable transformation. It seems like she’s a different person. She looks much younger than what she was a month ago. The shadows and blotches on her face have completely disappeared and she even feels fitter and leaner! What’s more: when she goes out for drinks, she doesn’t get hung-over anymore.
The best result is that everybody says she looks younger, fitter and healthier than ever. All because of drinking 3 Litres of water everyday.

Drinking lots of water really improves a person’s overall health and wellness. It gives us enough hydration to regenerate our skin cells making us look younger. It improves our brain function, and it even helps us lose weight!

  • Starts by drinking 1 to 3 glasses upon waking up
  • Regularly hydrate throughout the day
  • Avoid drinking 20 min before and after meals as this dilutes gastric juices
  • Choose pure water, reverse osmosis being the ideal solution.
