The benefits of Raw food: a complete outlook on why/how you might want think of raw food
The basics of health and nutrition are whole, wild and organic, raw food (plants). It has been that way for around the past 4 million years in human history, no matter what the advertising industry says.
Human beings have never adapted to dairy past the breast age (lactose), let alone cow milk or wheat (gluten), the like of which have only 10,000 years of human consumption. Worldwide there are millions of people who are dairy and wheat intolerant and cannot process lactose (milk sugar) or wheat without displaying all kind of symptoms.
Even caucasians who have been consuming dairies without apparent problems are intolerant; first of all, they probably age quicker than they should. The rest of Caucasians just experience major problems. Dairies and wheat are poisons and with skin being the largest elimination organ; it is quite common to see these poisons pouring out of many people skin.
Now how come nobody has been telling us about it? Pause a second and imagine one second the world economy and food industry without dairy and wheat, you can empty ¾ of the supermarket shelves. Can you imagine the consequences on a global scale. Stopping eating and therefore buying products including dairies and wheat is a weapon of massive destruction for a lots of businesses out there.
Now you do not have to take my word for it: experience the raw food difference for a while and see for yourself. It worked with me.
The earth’s population has not adapted to cooked foods that started around 500,000 years ago either. When you eat cooked food something you dare not imagine what happens to the body.
In 1930, Dr. Paul Kouchakoff found out that eating cooked food induced an increase of white blood cell count (leukocytosis) which is the normal body reaction to invaders. Now it does not mean that 100% of your diet should be raw food to avoid such reaction, however eating partially raw could reduce such effects. Likewise, eating cooked food produces mucus, which creates a wall between the food ingested and our bodies.
You can be also sure that our body has not adapted to the so-called modern food invented over the past 500 years.
Whenever you experience a physical or even mental health problems, come back to basics – whole, fresh, raw and organic plants.

These are so important because they are the building block of your neurotransmitters and the very way you experience your life. The Max Plank institute of Germany found that cooking completely destroys 50% of proteins.No accelerated ageing from Glycated proteins. Browned and charred foods have a huge amount of cross linked (glycated) proteins stuck with sugar which are the primary cause of ageing from the inside out and this is IRREVERSIBLE.
Just as vital as vitamins and minerals, our store of enzymes progressively dimishes as we age. If we do not replace them our reserve gets depleted, we age quicker and good health is more difficult to maintain.
Our live body requires live food. All plants have electrical energy. Our bodies are also electrical and alive so it needs like wise food. Heating completely destroys the electrical properties of food.
