Like me you want a healthy breakfast, with the adequate amount of protein and which is simple to do and good, so even your partner might consider the option and …. maybe the kids!!! The answer to this equation may seem rather overwhelming, especially with so much contradicting information out there. When I stroll down the supermarket, I just get dizzy watching endless shelves of colorful boxes of cereals of all kinds and shapes with added vitamins and minerals supposedly bringing superpowers. Also which one includes the plastic toy which will end up in the bin and cause the kids to scream their lung out over the stupid stuff. If it was not enough, it now seems that we are here for a treat with aborted foetus cells used as a flavor enhancer in common foods and beverages!!!*
I think we deserve better and as usual my liking go for the Superfoods Mother Nature graciously gave us. I have been going for the Best veggie breakfast the one that is high in proteins.
Hemp’s 50% protein is pure and highly available for the body. Cooked food eater, even meat eaters, regularly suffers from a lack of protein! Proteins are delicate and many are destroyed by heat. Hemp milk is therefore an amazing and welcome addition to anybody’s diet and allows for the best veggie breakfast. Hemp is also rich in essential fatty acids and over twenty major and trace minerals – one of the planet’s most nutritious foods.
Proteins and neurotransmitters: a marriage in heaven: Amino acids are the building blocks of protein and they are particularly important to your neurotransmitters’ health: Something that is unfortunately highly overlooked, if not totally ignored, by most people.
If you change your Neurotransmitters, you literally change your experience of life, here is why:
Most Neurotransmitters are made of amino acids obtained from the proteins we consume. Therefore, your mood, behavior and overall functioning are largely, if not entirely, depending on the food you eat.
Most people’s neurotransmitters are functioning at a mere 50%, so how to get them to fire up without using consuming recreational drugs – which obviously is not very sustainable, expensive and can get you into lots of troubles? There are some natural solutions and they are more simple than you think: our best veggie breakfast made of hemp milk is one of them!
Hemp is just the perfect food for sport people and certainly way more healthy than lots of other options out there (I will refrain from giving any name). Hemp has more proteins than meat without the dangers of Cholesterol and saturated fat.
I know by now you are dying for the recipe 😉
47% of hemp is essential fatty acids (highest ratio in any seed) in the perfect ratio of omega 3, 6 & 9, making it anti-inflammatory.
Rich in vitamin E and zinc, Hemp milk is said to benefit psoriasis and eczema. It also contents sulphur, a beauty aid and silica for skin, hair, nails and bones.
Hemp is the best source of edestin (66%), a specificic plant globulin needed to create antibodies. Pure protein is essential for recovery and repair after illness.
