The Green Heavy Metal Detox Powerdrink

Pollution in our environment has brought about the presence a number of harmful minerals that are absorbed by our body.  Unconsciously, we my be taking in mercury, cadmium, aluminum or lead in the food that we eat or even in the air we breathe.  These elements can even penetrate our skin so it is important that we try to remove these harmful toxins from our body as it may lead to diseases.  If you notice, nowadays, there are more people with heart diseases, infertility and many recordings of children with birth defects. To avoid these from happening to you, it is best to detoxify yourself to remove these toxic chemicals from your body.

You will need:

Cilantro – 2 weeks of taking cilantro will remove all heavy metal toxins in your system like aluminum, lead and mercury.

Parsley – Full of photonutrients like calcium, magnesium, vitamin C, zinc, fibers, and chlorophyll that fight off toxic metals like mercury and lead.  It also strengthens your body’s natural detoxification system and supports your liver’s functions.

Chlorella – Contains high levels of vitamin A, C, magnesium, and zinc — very effective for your body’s detoxification.  It also is a very good binding agent that prevents your body to absorb heavy metals.

  Green Heavy Metal Detox Powerdrink

Ingredients:

  • quarter cup fresh cilantro
  • quarter cup fresh parsley
  • half a teaspoon Pure, organic chlorella powder
  • 12 ounces filtered water

All ingredients must be organic for purity.  Wash herbs thoroughly.

Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.  Drink everyday for at least 1-2 weeks so your body can be fully heavy metal free!

Guide to Avoid Heavy Metals :

  1.  Ask your dentist to replace your silver fillings.  These filling release mercury.
  2. Use only lead free paint
  3. Drink only filtered water.
  4. Only eat safe and sustainable seafood.  Fish can absorb mercury from polluted waters.
  5. Only use thimerosal-free vaccines.  Thimerosal is a mercury based preservative.
  6. Avoid industrial areas.
  7. Use only organic products.  Or you can make your own so you’ll know exactly what ingredients the products contain!
