This may be a surprise to many people but the sure cure to any modern health problem begins with what you put in your mouth.

Millions of people around the world are overweight; Constantly feel tired, bloated, congested, get a lot of aches and pains or have a lower libido. You may experience some of these symptoms. You may be belong to the growing category of individuals suffering from undiagnosed ailments like diabetes and have allergies, immune system problems or constant digestive problems. On the contrary medical science, particularly genetic research has shown that good, whole food helps trigger the good genes. These are the Genes that protect us from aging, diabetes, obesity and many others. This will not happen after a large amount of time. Making a healthy choice and regular exercise will begin to make positive effects to your body in a just a few days.

The Magic 9 for health.

  • Fresh is best. If it came from plants, grown by nature and colorful, leafy and green then it is a perfect meal choice.
  • Colors indicate health. Imagine the colors of a garden salad. All of them are loaded with beneficial nutrition.
  •  Good Oil is best for a better heart. Eat more Omega-3 Oils. You can get this from Salmon, Sardines, and have a good supplement, such as Krill oil.
  •  Follow the ½, ¼ and ¼ rule. Fill your plate with half of veggies like broccoli, asparagus or any green salad fix-ins. ¼ of it would be for lean meats and the last ¼ would be for whole grain foods that are gluten free. Take brown rice, sweet potato or quinoa.

  • Avoid wheat. The modern wheat variety used has a lot of gluten, and amylopectin A. This aids in fat gain. Two slices of this wheat bread will jack up your blood sugar levels as much as two tablespoon servings of sugar.
