Here’s a fantastic vegetable recipe guaranteed to cure all your cravings for breaded and fried food!

A dish healthy, delicious and gluten free may sound impossible. Many of us veer away from the fried stuff because they’re drenched in oil and coated with MSG.
Take a healthy step. Make fried food that oozes flavor and is full of health benefits minus all the bad stuff. Check out these gluten free cauliflower nuggets.

You will need:

  • 1 ample sized cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 eggs beaten omelet style
  • A ¾ cup of almond flour
  • A quarter cup of coconut flour
  • Half a teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • A quarter teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of curry powder
  • And half a teaspoon of sea salt

For the preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F or 204 °C
  2. Set aside the tow beaten eggs in separate bowl
  3. In a second bowl combine your flour and spices
  4. Get a baking sheet, line it with baking paper and lightly spray coconut oil
  5. Then get one floret of cauliflower, drop it in the flour mix, next dip this in the egg mixture and lastly in the flour mix again until it is completely covered.
  6. Repeat this procedure for all the cauliflower florets and line then in them on the baking sheet.
  7. Before placing in the oven lightly spray all the coated florets with coconut oil.
  8. Bake for then minutes, then remove from the oven and bake the other side for another ten minutes.
