I absolutely love the actual trend about juicing, let’s hope that it is more than a trend. Maybe because of my obsession about natural health: I see healthy food popping up everywhere at restaurants, on commercials. Everybody just wants to be healthy, vibrant and youthful eating more fruits and vegetables. Juicing at least once a day is certainly one of the best strategies to get more of them. Let’s be even smarter and include superfoods in our daily diet.

You may want to alternate them according to their properties and what you need at any given moment. It is all about curiosity and testing.
