Since most cancers are acquired from the food we eat, our lifestyle and the environment, everyone now is at risk of developing cancer. Everyone, even those at risk, can prevent cancer with a healthy lifestyle: proper diet, enough sleep, stress management and able to combat environmental toxins. Living a perfectly healthy life is nearly impossible. Here is a concoction that can be added as a supplement to our daily diet, which helps boost our immune system and help prevent cancer. It will also:

  • Help treat blood vessels and heart diseases,
  • Clean the respiratory tract, kidneys, and liver,
  • Sanitize the digestive system, especially in cases of pathogenic microflora,
  • Enhance memory and brain activity,
  • Protect against stroke and heart attack,
  • Invigorate the body after a surgery. This recipe acts as a natural agent against cancers and tumours,
  • Keeps energy, beauty and youth as it contains essential minerals, vitamins, proteins, bioactive substances, fat and carbohydrates.

How to prepare this recipe

First, you have to prepare the ingredients:

  • 14 oz. or 400 grams of wheat sprouts
  • 14 oz. or 400 grams of walnuts
  • 35 oz. or 1 kilo of organic honey
  • 15 lemons (ripe)
  • 12 garlic heads

Next, you have to grind the wheat sprouts using a coffee grinder. You also have to grind the nuts and garlic together using your food processor. Add 5 unpeeled lemons. Juice the remaining 10 lemons and add it in the concoction. Add honey and mix well. Finally, put the mixture in sterilized jars and ensure that the lids are tightly closed. Store your concoctions in the fridge to let it rest for 3 days. You can consume it after that.

Required Doses:

  1. Take 2 tablespoons at least 30 minutes before breakfast, lunch, dinner and bedtime.
  2. For treating oncologic illnesses, you may take 2 tablespoons every two hours.
