Health and wellness – the optimum one – If you could trade your body for a newer healthier version, would you do it? Just like trading in your old car for the updated model? Imagine your health problems disappearing… your immunity would be so much stronger that you would not even have to think about calling in sick. How much more energy would you have… how vibrant and alive you would feel… and how many more USEFUL AND HAPPY years you would add to your lifespan.
Is this a dream about your long gone youthful-feel years? By keeping adding the same tragic food into your body, you just keep achieving the same results. As Einstein put it “keeping doing the same thing hoping for different results is the definition of insanity”.
Well it actually gets worse as the bad food and toxicity pile up as we age contributing to a declining health and wellness, energy and general state for most people. Let’s say you have a collapsing building and you repair the damage with the same type of dodgy second class material that caused the problem in the first place.
When it comes to health and wellness, people tend to “fix” or hide the bad results with drugs and cosmetics procedures, which actually make it worse since they may think, for a while, that they can go on doing the same – no harm done!
Now I have been researching – and am actually using on a daily basis (for most of them) – the richest and most nutrient –rich plants on the planet; not only that, but also those which have detoxifying abilities since our body has to undergo so much pollution and toxicity. Once you get your head around it, unknown superfood become as familiar as your daily bread and pasta, it is much more simple to be healthy and younger looking than you think.
